Fees for dental services are due on the date of treatment. Our office accepts cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Care Credit.
Insurance
Our office, as a courtesy, will file dental insurance benefits for you. Any deductibles, co-payments, or balances not covered by insurance become due by the patient’s responsible party.
All account balances which have not been paid within a 30 day period become due by the patient’s responsible party.
Georgia Medicaid
Our office accepts Georgia Medicaid, WellCare and PeachCare for Kids.
